Appearance: Rose is about average height at five feet five inches and has an average build that is perhaps a bit toned. She has medium length, thick blond hair and her eyes used to be hazel, though because of the time stuff within her, her eyes are now a glowing gold. She is very pretty, her features striking, her mouth full. Most of the time she wears jeans with t-shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, or vests.

Personality: Rose is an adventurous person, and she enjoys having new and intriguing things to do. She is always willing to go new places, meet new people, find out new things, and take everything as it comes.

She has a good sense of humor, though it doesn’t show as often anymore. She will sometimes teases friends and family. But since becoming Bad Wolf, Rose has become a lot more serious. She is strong, caring, and loyal, always there to help out friends, new or old, but she knows too much about the world to be completely carefree.

She isn’t easily frightened and is more prone to taking frightening things as challenges. She is daring, and tends to put herself into dangerous situations. Rose used to be the type of person who often acted before she fully thought things through, but now she takes more time on decisions.

Abilities/Strengths: Rose can easily adapt to whatever situation she finds herself in. Her curiosity can be a strength, letting her find out about and experience all sorts of things. She is smart and determined, can handle whatever is thrown at her, and will keep at things until she sees them through. She knows how to use The Doctor’s sonic screwdriver, and has learned a lot about the universe from him. Since becoming Bad Wolf, she can access knowledge about any point in time, though it’s much more difficult for her than for The Doctor. She can also heal injuries and cause a good amount of damage to those she opposes using the time stuff within her.

Weaknesses: Since she is still mostly human, Rose has a human’s physical strength. Even though she can see any point in time, she has to think about it, and does not simply know everything. While Rose’s curiosity can be a strength, it can be a weakness as well, getting her into dangerous situations. She really loves her friends, and especially her family, and will often do stupid things because of them. She is also headstrong, and doesn’t follow other people’s orders very well.

History: Rose Tyler grew up in London, living with her mum. Her dad had died when she was only a year old, but her mum told her stories about her dad, so she grew up thinking he had been a great man.

At nineteen, Rose had a job in a shop, and life was fairly normal. But one evening when the shop was closing, she was attacked by mannequins and saved by a man who called himself The Doctor. She helps him save the city, and then going off with him to see the universe, leaving her mother and her boyfriend Mickey behind.

She gets to see many things, including things like the end of Earth, Cardiff of the 1860s, her father, and a TV broadcasting satellite of the future. Everywhere they go they seem to run into aliens trying to take over Earth that they have to stop, and throughout history they come across the words “bad wolf”.

They eventually make it back to the broadcasting satellite, which now runs game show programs where losers are killed. It is now being run by Daleks, an alien race bent on complete genocide of all other species. They and Jack Harkness, a friend they met saving the world of the 1940s, try to save the satellite from destruction, but it seems impossible.

The Doctor sends Rose back to her own time so that she’ll be safe. To get herself back there, she looks into the heart of the TARDIS, The Doctor’s time and space machine, taking all of its power into herself. Using it, she can see the whole of time and space. She destroys the Daleks, and resurrects Jack, who had been killed in the attack. She realizes that she is the “bad wolf” that had been following them. She had taken the words and scattered them along her history to lead herself to that moment.

She can’t survive with all that power, but she makes it back to the TARDIS, giving most of the power back to it. But some of the time stuff stays within her, and she is forever changed into Bad Wolf, if not quite the same as when she had all the TARDIS’ power.

She continues to travel on with The Doctor for awhile, but is drawn into a foreign world without him: Econtra.
